I had never tried a sugar scrub before a friend asked me to make one for her, so after much research and self experimentation, I came up with one that I really can't do without at least once a week in the shower. My favorite is the Lavender Vanilla... Yummm!

Made from cane sugars, and wonderful oils, like jojoba, rice bran, olive, grapeseed, and sunflower, with glycerin, emulsifying wax nf, stearic acid, shea butter, vitamin E and essential or fragrance oils. We also use blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and poppy seeds, for that little extra exfoliate. Sugar Scrubs

To use, wash the skin first, then use a small amount of the scrub, work it in circles to exfoliate. Rinse gently, the oils will be left to moisturize your skin, and pat dry with a soft towel. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated and moisturized.

These scrubs also work wonders for those dry feet and elbows, but be careful if you use them in the shower, it could make the standing surface slick.
