Our Policies

Shipping:

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to send our packages, if you want to use another carrier, please let us know, and we will email you the cost of shipping.  Most packages are shipped within 2 to 4 days, unless it is a holiday.  If you pick the flat rate envelope or box and your order will not fit into it, we will adjust your shipping and send a paypal invoice for the charges.  You will be notified by email if there is a delay on your order.  We will ship international, just email us for details on the Global Shipping Charges for your country.

Flat rate envelopes will hold 8 soaps (and or a combination of other), and Flat Rate Box will hold around 50 soaps.  If you're not sure if your order will fit, email us and we will let you know.. 

NOTE:  Flat rate envelopes have no protection, if you pick this option for shipping, I can not guarantee the condition of the product when the envelope arrives.

Privacy Policy:

Mineral Creek Essentials will never sell, distribute, share, rent, or otherwise intentionally allow any outside party access to your personal information such as address, email address, phone number, etc. We hate "spam" as much as you do. 

Credit cards are processed by a third party and your card number is not stored on our website or server. We maintain active virus scan software to protect our computers and files; all emails are scanned prior to delivery.

Sensitivities:

Although our products are handmade, and we use natural ingredients, this does not prevent the possibility of an allergic reaction when using them. If you experience any discomfort or irritation when using Mineral Creek Essential products, please discontinue use. 

If you have problems with skin care products in the past, we suggest that you perform a skin test on the inside of your arm, and wait 24 hours to see if irritation occurs.
